Musk suggested that the party \u201ctook [Biden] out back behind the shed and basically shot him.\u201d\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>Trump further charged that Harris was becoming a \u201cradical left, San Francisco liberal\u2026 and now she wants to be more Trump than Trump,\u201d accusing her of moving toward the center on matters like immigration.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>As Harris has risen in the polls, the former president has been finding it difficult to come up with a consistent attack strategy in recent weeks, even going so far as to call into question her race.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>On Monday, he continued to be sporadic in his criticism and seldom ever called out Harris by name.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>In addition, he was filled with wrath towards his political rivals, saying that he had \u201cenemies on the outside and enemies on the inside\u201d and that \u201cbad people in our government\u201d were a greater threat than foreign foes.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>The former president declared that North Korean, Chinese, and Russian leaders were \u201cat the top of their game.\u201d\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>\u201cThey are tough, they are smart and they are vicious,\u201d he said.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>Musk showered the former president with compliments while attempting time and again to steer the discussion toward more centrist topics like immigration, where he praised Trump as a moderate and made a distinction between legal and illegal immigration, as well as cutting back on government spending and containing the increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>Trump made up the claims that it was \u201cvery difficult\u201d for American farmers to sell their produce abroad and that it was \u201cimpossible\u201d to sell US autos in Europe.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>Additionally, he significantly overstated US assistance to Ukraine in its conflict with Russia and underestimated European assistance.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>\u201cWe have a deficit with [the EU] of $250 billion, which people don\u2019t know,\u201d said Trump. \u201cIt sounds so nice\u2014\u2019the European Union\u2019. But let me tell you: they\u2019re not as tough as China, but they\u2019re bad. And I let them know it, and that\u2019s probably why they notified you.
