A woman got out of her car, came to him and asked him, <strong>\u201cHow much do you sell eggs for?\u201d\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>The old salesman replied: <strong>\u201c$0.50 an egg, ma\u2019am&rdquo;\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>She said, <strong>\u201cI\u2019m gonna take 6 eggs for $2.5 or I\u2019m going.\u201d\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>The old seller replied: <strong>\u201cBuy them at the price you want, ma\u2019am.\n<p><strong><span style='\"font-size:'>Maybe it\u2019s a good start for me because I couldn\u2019t sell a single egg today and I need to live\u201d.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>She bought her eggs at that price and left with the feeling she won.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>She entered her elegant car and went to a elegant restaurant with her friend.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>She and her friend ordered what they wanted. They ate a little and left a lot of what they asked for.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>So they paid the check. It was $400. The ladies gave $500 and asked the owner of that restaurant to keep the money as a tip.\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>The story might seem pretty normal to the owner of the luxury restaurant, but very unfair to the egg vendor\u2026\n<p><strong><span style='\"font-size:'>The point is: Why do we always act strong when we buy from the poor? And why are we generous with those who don\u2019t need our generosity?\n<p><span style='\"font-size:'>Once I read somewhere:\n<blockquote><p><span style='\"font-size:'>My father used to buy simple goods from poor people at great prices, even if he didn\u2019t need them. Sometimes he used to pay more for them. I wondered about that and asked him why he did it?
