We place it in a removable mold.\n</li><li>Meanwhile, in a bowl we add the 200 g of powdered sugar to the heavy cream (700 ml) and beat with the electric mixer.\n</li><li>Next step, we pour the whipped cream over the puff pastry in the mold and smooth the surface. We are going to reserve a little of the cream for the final decoration.\n</li><li>Then, it goes straight to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.\n</li><li>Meanwhile, in a pot, cook the frozen berries with 250 grams of sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and let it cool for about 10 minutes.\n</li><li>Next, we pour part of the berry mixture over the cake with the cream and add the reserved cream on top.\n</li><li>We continue with the other layer of the berry mixture and place it in the refrigerator for 30 more minutes.\n</li><li>In another pot, heat the milk with the cocoa, coffee, 40 g of sugar and vanilla essence until it boils.
